We understand that travel plans may change. Our policy is designed to be fair and transparent:
Refund Policy
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled service
- Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable
- No-shows are strictly non-refundable
All refund requests must be submitted through our official communication channels.
Processing time for approved refunds is 5–10 business days.
- Flight Delays
We monitor flight arrivals. In case of delays, your pickup will be adjusted accordingly at no additional cost. - Changes to Booking
Changes to bookings must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
Our services are pre-booked and subject to availability and confirmation.
